Welcome to Video Toolbox! This guide will help you get started with creating AI-generated YouTube thumbnails in minutes.
Quick Setup
1. Create Your Organization
After signing up, create your organization to start working:
- Sign up for a Video Toolbox account
- Create your first organization
- Invite team members if you work with a team
2. Upload Your Person
Add a photo of yourself so the AI can include your face in thumbnails:
- Go to Assets and click Upload Asset
- Upload two photos of your face from different angles
- Add a detailed description (age, features, etc.)
3. Save Inspirations
Build your style library by saving thumbnails you admire:
- Go to Assets and switch to the Videos tab
- Paste a YouTube video URL
- The thumbnail is automatically extracted and saved
4. Create Your First Thumbnail
Head to the Builder and start generating:
- Select your person from the dropdown
- Add 1-2 inspirations as style references
- Upload any reference images (logos, products)
- Write a prompt describing what you want
- Generate and iterate
